The history of Tequila has developed from the traditional beverage to the modern spirit, parallels to the growth of Mexico itself; it has given to Mexico a privileged place in the world. Tequila these days is highly coveted by collectors worldwide, for both the smooth aromatic liquor and the handcrafted decorative bottles.

T H E       B E G I N N I N G

 

The idea was developed by the Gonzalez Tovar brothers in 2010. After three years of research, tequila tasting, trials, rectification, balance and refinement of Tequila profiles. Bottle and packaging design, intensive promotion and having been awarded with 6 medals in the "San Diego Spirits of Mexico Festival 2012", 5 medals in the "San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2013" and 3 medals in The Fifty Best NY City 2014 and 2015, we have proven the quality of our product and we are proud to present our compelling product to the global market.

Capote Tequila was able to capture the perfect beauty of the agave, turning it into an exquisite natural spirit. It starts through a selection of the finest Blue Agave Tequilana Weber plants from the rich lands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is crafted and bottled directly after our distillation, rectification and artisan process of the fermented sweet juice of the blue agave plant that accents its quality, recognized and appreciated by the most demanding connoisseurs around the world.  Capote Tequila is a spirit to be enjoyed as the finest liquor, sip by sip. It is a pride of Jalisco, Mexico.

CAPOTE; Piece of corduroy with rounded edges, decorated with embroidery of silk thread and gold. With which wealthy landowners replaced the blanket of the charros.
